Internal auditor training
Internal audits are a requirement of every ISO management system standard, and they are the part businesses most often get wrong. Audits crammed in the week before the assessor arrives, all closed the same afternoon, all with no findings. An assessor can tell, and reads it as a programme that is not looking.
We train your people to audit properly: how to plan a programme that covers the whole standard and the whole business across the cycle, how to gather objective evidence, how to write a finding that is useful rather than defensive, and how to follow it through to a root cause instead of stopping at the symptom.

Awareness training
At stage 2 the assessor will talk to people who are not you. They will ask an operator what they do when something goes wrong and compare the answer to your procedure. If your quality policy lives in a folder and nowhere else, that gets found.
Awareness sessions cover what the system is for, what it means for each person's job, and what to say to an assessor, which is simply the truth. It is usually the difference between an audit that goes smoothly and one that produces avoidable findings.
Handover training
Where we have built a system for you, handover training gets your team to the point where they can run it without us. That covers the audit programme, the management review, the registers and the corrective action process.

Onsite or remotely, and built around your business rather than delivered from a generic deck. We use your own system, your own documents and your own recent findings as the material, because people learn an audit process faster when they are auditing something they recognise.
